The location is perfect for those who want a calm neighborhood and easy access to public transportation. There’s a metro station nearby that will take you quickly to the city center or airport. We enjoyed free water and coffee in our room and the balcony offered a nice spot to relax. The owner was friendly and helpful.
The lodging was very basic and lacked modern amenities. It was not a hotel but rather a big apartment split into smaller rooms, with thin walls that didn't provide much sound proofing.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The best aspects were the location near the metro and the calm neighborhood, which provided a different experience from the busy tourist center. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were also great. Transportation was convenient, with the nearby Metro Station Monti Tiburtini offering direct connections to both Termini and the Tiburtina rail station. We also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee in the room, as well as the balcony.

The breakfast was good and it included packaged products. The friendly staff makes you feel at home. The location is great, just a few minutes away from the subway so you can easily travel around the city. , there's a fantastic café nearby, where you can have great breakfasts!
The facilities were really outdated and it felt like staying at an old boarding school. The rooms were cramped and the walls were too thin, so you could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms.
